1. Who we are
Shri Balaji Biomass Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is a manufacturer of biomass machinery and spare parts based in Sardulgarh, Distt. Mansa, Punjab — 151507, India. Our website is pelletmachine.in.
2. What data we collect
When you submit an inquiry, quote request or contact form, we collect: your name, company / farm name (if provided), phone number, email address, project location, intended feedstock, capacity, power availability, and any free-text notes you choose to share. We also receive automatic web-server log data (IP address, user agent, referrer) for ordinary operational purposes.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, fulfil an order, and provide post-sale technical support. We do not use it for advertising or behavioural profiling. We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
4. Generated quotations
When you submit a quote request, our system generates a PDF quotation. The PDF is delivered to your browser as a download. A copy may also be stored on our internal back-office system for record-keeping under the Indian Companies Act and the GST Act.
5. Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties except: (a) where required to ship goods to you (transporters, GST tax authorities), (b) under a binding legal order, or (c) where you have given explicit consent.
6. Retention
Inquiry and quotation data is retained for 7 years to comply with the Indian Companies Act audit requirements. You may request earlier deletion by emailing the address below, subject to any legal-hold obligations.
7. Your rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data we hold. Email us at the address below — we respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
Our site stores a small amount of state in your browser's localStorage to remember items in your quote cart. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on the public site.
9. Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Internally, access to inquiry data is restricted to the sales-engineering team on a need-to-know basis. We make commercially reasonable efforts to protect data but no system is perfectly secure.
