The Biomass Hammer Mill breaks down the in-feed to a uniform particle size suitable for pelletising — the heaviest power draw on the line.
Flash Dryer drops moisture in a single thermal pass, then the Horizontal Pellet Cooler counter-flows the formed pellets back down to ambient.
The 8th-Gen Pellet Machine forms the pellet at 1500–2000 kg/h. APCD pulse-jet bag filter is designed for CPCB ambient norms.
