Every winter, Punjab generates close to 20 million tonnes of paddy straw. The state has set itself a target to handle every tonne — roughly 6 million of which are earmarked for off-site industrial and energy plants. Those are the customers our machines are built for.

Shri Balaji Biomass Solutions aims to convert agricultural waste — paddy straw, mustard straw, rice husk, wood waste and other biodegradable materials — into biomass pellets. Pelletisation works in three steps: collection of residue, drying and grinding, then forcing the ground biomass through a die under high pressure and temperature.

The 8th-Generation Centrifugal Pellet Machine sits at the heart of that line — a 160 kW, ring-die press with three-stage gear deceleration. Around it: hammer mills, flash dryers, APCDs and conveyors, all designed and assembled at the Sardulgarh works.
